Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will cover the return shipping cost if:

-the items are defective

-We shipped the incorrect items to you

Once you have shipped out the package. Please provide us with a tracking number. It will take us 3-5 business days to process the returned package. Once the return is approved, you will receive a refund within 5-10 business days.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail for your refund once we've received and processed the returned item(s).

Shipping

We can ship WorldWide. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will notify you the estimate shipping time and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

In general, our shipping time update as follows:

STANDARD AIRMAIL - Non-registered (Default Shipping Method)

U.S. / U.K. / Australia/ most city area 7 - 30 working days.

Canada 7 - 35 working days.

Italy / France / Malta / Eastern Europe May take up 4 - 6 weeks

EXPEDITED SHIPPING (SpeedPost Registered Mail / EMS, Choose During Checkout)

To most city areas 3 - 20 working days

Note: Please allow 1-3 business days for processing your order. Our Warehouse staff is working around the clock to get your order out in time! All orders are continuing to be packed and shipped out within 1-3 business days, following the date of purchase.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any items can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
